Last monday, for the first time in months, something happened to me. Every morning I ride past the Saint-Julius church that is located on the town square. I hadn't been in a church since I was 12. Lucky for me, I have lack of social contact, so I have never had to go to a funeral - yes, you see, there is a brightside on loneliness; you never have to say goodbye - and I'll probably never get married. I always thought I'd never enter a church again, until that morning. I wondered how it looked inside, if the statues and benches still looked the same as in the old days.
