Everybody is always breathing. Everyone around me, all their life. We do this unconsciously. Once in a while, about once a week actually, I stop to think about that. I feel myself breathing in and out... but as soon as I pay attention to it, I can't breathe like before. If I'm concentrating, I always breathe too fast, too slow, too deep... Maybe that's because of a lack of focus... or maybe it's just pointless. Hang, I'm confused.
